We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was unbeatable, as it was near two train lines and close to Paddington station. Moreover, everything we needed was within reach.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly service provided by the staff. They were always attentive and made sure that my needs were met. the hotel's central location was a huge advantage. It was conveniently situated near key attractions and public transportation, making it easy for me to explore the city. Lastly, I appreciated the comfortable and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were tastefully decorated and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.
There were a few aspects of my stay that I found disappointing. the bathrooms in the hotel were in need of some refurbishment.

The location of the hotel is ideal, being close to two metro stations and quite close to Hyde Park. The room was a good size and bright, with basic amenities provided like a kettle, microwave, and fridge. The bathroom was clean and the towels were provided. The hotel staff were helpful and easy to get in touch with through various communication channels.
The check-in process was a hassle, with excessive documentation required and a high deposit demanded. there was no reception or staff on-site, which made it inconvenient for guests needing assistance.
