We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was unbeatable, as it was near two train lines and close to Paddington station. everything we needed was within reach.

The location of the hotel is ideal, being close to two metro stations and quite close to Hyde Park. The room was a good size and bright, with basic amenities provided like a kettle, microwave, and fridge. The bathroom was clean and the towels were provided. The hotel staff were helpful and easy to get in touch with through various communication channels.
The check-in process was a hassle, with excessive documentation required and a high deposit demanded. there was no reception or staff on-site, which made it inconvenient for guests needing assistance.
